I like how individual you've made everyone; they all stand out and they're all excellent, albeit different compared to the official art.

Except Tsunade.

Her face...there's something about the angle and the art style that makes her look like a man.

Other than that, it's lovely.
If I could suggest anything to fix it; make her nose less prominent. Try only outlining the bottom of it. Make her chin stick out less and drop the facial curve so it looks more feminine. Emphasize the eyelashes as a whole more, instead of clumps, and add more volume to the upper lids. The lower lashes jutting out as they currently do draws me to a painful comparison with Gai-sensei. One more thing-the lips. They seem awkward. Study someone's face at that angle, figure out how the proportions work and try again. If nothing else, fill out the bottom lip, at least. Tsunade has beautiful lips; they're nice and full without being fat.
If you want to, of course. I mean, this is just advice.
